Lending Library

The Outreach Library is comprised of books (including children's books, historical surveys, travel guides, and literary classics in translation) and films (on VHS and DVD). Use of the library is free and open to the public. If you would like to know more about the history, culture, and people of Russia and Eurasia, please make use of our resources. You can browse our catalog electronically, visit us in person, or contact us with your area of interest and we will connect you to specific resources.

Borrowing Procedure

For our documentation, we require your name, phone number, and mailing address. You may provide these in person, or by telephone or email.

The item(s) will be shipped to you at no cost, or you may collect them in person.

You may return the item(s) in person or via USPS Priority Mail, but unfortunately we cannot provide the postage. Please return the material(s) within 2 weeks.
