The Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies

the founding of the city of St. Petersburg. Two afternoon panels
will feature presentations by scholars and experts who are specialists
on a particular aspect of St. Petersburg's history, politics, or
culture. After the formal presentations, there will be time for
questions, comments, and discussion.
We are delighted to include in the panels four prominent
Russian scholars and commentators: Grigorii
