Peyton Barr graduated from Wake Forest University in 2015, majoring in International Affairs and Russian and working as a research assistant in the political science department. In 2013 he studied abroad in Moscow and travelled throughout Georgia and Armenia. His undergraduate research focused on the Just Russia political party and rhetoric surrounding NATO expansion. Following graduation, Peyton worked in higher education administration and as a corporate paralegal. His current research interests include Russian foreign policy, information operations, and narratives of injustice.
