Marcus Mahtemework is the NTF's principal Intern and serves as the primary point of contact for ACONA operations. Marcus is enrolled at Northeastern University, studying International Affairs, Political Science, and Economics. In 2019, he served as a Visiting Researcher to the United Nations in Geneva, where he researched international arms control measures, environmental sustainability, and post-conflict development in the Horn of Africa. Since then, Marcus has carried out extensive research concerning conflict resolution and mechanisms to assist nations, as well as communities, from a development lens.
