Develop your skills in negotiation exercise design in this "Behind the Scenes" workshop with NTF experts Arvid Bell and Taylor Valley, the authors of The Art of Negotiation Exercise Design. Participants will receive an introduction into negotiation exercise pedagogy and learn five essential principles to successful design. In the second half of the workshop, participants will break into groups and engage in a short competitive bargaining exercise. No advance preparation or knowledge is required. Participants are expected to participate in the full workshop. Spots are limited, please register here by no later than May 17th to join. Applicants will be accepted on a rolling basis and confirmed via email until the workshop is at capacity. The deadline to apply is May 17, 11:59pm (EDT).
