Anne Crowley-Vigneau is Associate Professor at MGIMO University, where she has been teaching since 2013. She is Country Representative of Henley Business School's Centre for Euro-Asian Studies. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Reading and a Ph.D. in International Relations from MGIMO University. She completed an M.A. in International Relations at Sciences Po in Paris. Her areas of research interest include international norms, sustainable development, higher education systems, local content policies and statecraft.
