Maria serves on the Center’s senior management team and is responsible for the management and oversight of all Davis Center resources and operations. With over 22 years experience at Harvard, she consults to the center’s academic and research programs on finance, Human Resources, and implementation of program activities.
Prior to working at the Davis Center, Maria was Employment Manager and HR Generalist in Harvard’s FAS Human Resources Office. She has extensive experience in the field of human services. Prior to joining Harvard, she served as Director for the American Cancer Society’s Smokers’ Quitline and Executive Director of the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center.
Maria holds a master's degree in psychology and a graduate certificate in Human Resources.
