A native of Kyiv, Natasha immigrated to the United States during the Cold War and pursued studies of International Relations at the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. She worked at The Blackstone Group and JP Morgan in the early 1990s facilitating the early wave of corporate investment in emerging markets. Post an MBA in 1996 from the Harvard Business School, Natasha joined the Capital Group’s investment team and frequently travelled to Russia & CIS to oversee the portfolio companies. She retired as a partner in 2020 and has since focused on corporate board and trustee roles. Natasha is co-chair of Girls Are Investors, a UK charity, Chairman of the board at Nexters, Board member and sustainability lead at Aradei Capital, and Senior Fellow at FCLT Global. She is actively involved with the Ukrainian Institute of London, where she lives with her family.
