Silja Bára Ómarsdóttir is a Professor at the University of Iceland's Faculty of Political Science. She completed her BA in International Affairs from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon; an MA in International Relations from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles; and a PhD from University College Cork, Ireland. In 2005 She started teaching at the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Iceland, and has been a full-time member of the Faculty since 2008. She teaches International Relations, US Politics, Foreign Policy Analysis and Negotiations, to name a few.
