Victoria Henley

Victoria Henley is a Major in the U.S. Army, an instructor of international relations in the Department of Social Sciences at the U.S. Military Academy, and a PhD candidate in political science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Victoria’s research focuses on military statecraft and how states use peacetime military deployments to influence other states. Prior to her assignment at West Point, Victoria served as an intelligence officer in armored and motorized infantry brigades. In these roles, she planned and executed numerous NATO exercises throughout Europe, including in the Baltics, Poland, Romania, Hungary, France, and Georgia. Victoria also holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy.
