Wei Geng is a 3rd-year Ph.D. candidate at Peking University, and she received her Master's degree from the Renmin University of China. Her dissertation, “Americans visiting the Soviet Union from the 1920s to 1940s”, describes the complex development of the relations between Russia and America through the eyes of Americans who visited Russia, and tries to summarize its important lessons.
