The Trans-Caspian Transport Corridor (Middle Corridor) is attracting attention. But what does its development mean for Central Asia? Drawing on the World Bank Group’s new flagship report, the talk will examine how improved infrastructure, logistics, and trade facilitation could help Central Asian economies capture more value from the corridor, strengthen connectivity, and support growth and jobs. The report will be presented by Shomik Mehndiratta, World Bank Transport Practice Manager for Europe and Central Asia.
