The 2024 Temerty Contemporary Ukraine Program (TCUP) Conference joins current discussions of what it means to decolonize how we think about Ukraine, with a focus on policymaking, diplomacy, and advocacy. Panels will explore the meaning of decolonization, what a decolonizing practice would look like in policymaking, and how to approach Ukraine and its neighbors amid a perpetual Russian threat. The conference will include four in-person panels that will be livestreamed for a hybrid discussion that centers Ukraine in policymaking about Ukraine.
