Join us for a talk by Dr. Domitilla Sagramoso of King’s College London (Department of War Studies) on Russia's war against Ukraine. Dr. Sagramoso, an expert on Russian foreign and security policy with a particular focus on the ex-Soviet space, will discuss the dynamics that led to the war and the chances for a negotiated outcome.
