Historian Sergey Radchenko of Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies will talk about Russia's ambitions to divide the world among superpowers — the U.S., China, and Russia itself — based on his acclaimed book To Run the World: The Kremlin's Cold War Bid for Global Power (Cambridge University Press, 2024), which includes a deep dive into the psychology behind the Kremlin's decision-making.
