Russia’s war of choice in Ukraine will impact all aspects of life in Russia and universities will not escape the fallout. Faculty, staff, and students will need to choose: will they support the President or street protests? Will they support Ukraine or try to maintain neutrality? What will Russian universities and their students lose as a result of Putin’s war? Have 30 years of progress gone up in smoke? How will brain drain impact universities? Professor Irina Busygina will talk with Alexandra Vacroux about how the war in Ukraine will hit Russian higher education.
