Anton Saifullayeu specializes in postcolonial theory and decolonial approaches within the context of Eastern Europe and the broader post-Soviet space, as well as historiosophy and the Belarusian history of ideas. He is the author of the monograph Postcolonial Historiographies: The Case of a Certain Medieval Period (published in Polish by the Polish Academy of Sciences in 2020), along with numerous scholarly articles and policy papers. His current research examines the production of knowledge about Belarus and Eastern Europe in the West from the Cold War to the present.
