Daniel graduated with the Harvard College Class of 2019 and is returning to Harvard for a Master's degree at the REECA Program. As an undergraduate, he lived in Russia for one year as part of the Bard-Smolny program in St. Petersburg. Since returning from Russia, Daniel has developed an interest in the energy sector in the post-Soviet space, and he currently serves as the Technical Editor for the ENERPO Journal of the European University at St. Petersburg. Daniel is currently studying Ukrainian, and his research interests include energy policy in Ukraine and Central Asia, as well as economic and monetary policy across the former Soviet Republics. Daniel previously worked for five years as a paramedic in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
