David Trilling has been Eurasianet’s managing editor since early 2018. From 2008 to 2015 he was Central Asia editor. He was a correspondent for The Economist and a 2016 Knight-Bagehot Fellow at Columbia University. In the early 2000s, David helped build a network of community radio stations in Afghanistan.
