The Master of Arts in Regional Studies—Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia (REECA) is a two-year program that offers advanced training in the history, politics, culture, society, and languages of this region.
Dmitriy Nurullayev is an associate professor of practice in the School of Government and Public Policy at the University of Arizona and was a visiting scholar at the Davis Center in summers of 2023, 2024, and 2026. He was also a fellow at the Davis Center during the 2015-2016 academic year. Before joining the faculty at the University of Arizona, Dmitriy was a postdoctoral scholar at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
