Erzhan Kazykhanov the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for International Cooperation. He was previously Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the United States of America. A trained historian, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Oriental studies from St. Petersburg State University and holds a Ph.D. in History from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
