Jane Unrue is the author of the novel Love Hotel, published by New Directions, and the short novels Life of a Star and The House, both published by Burning Deck Press. Unrue has taught writing at Brown University, Emerson College, Boston College, Wellesley College, Harvard College, and as a visiting writer at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Since 2006, she has been involved in Harvard’s Scholars at Risk Program and now serves as director.
