Lasha Tchantouridze, Ph.D. is Professor of Diplomacy and International Affairs at Norwich University and the Military College of Vermont. He is the founding director of the graduate program in international relations, and the director of the diplomacy program. His research interests include relationship between diplomacy and force in international affairs. His current research projects focus on post-Soviet conflicts, and small wars in Russian foreign policy.
