Luke Mackle

Luke Mackle is a political economist at the OECD, where he focusses on policy issues at the intersection of industrial and technology development and the low-carbon and digital transitions. For a number of years, Luke has worked on adapting the policy thinking within the OECD community on these issues to the transitional context and realities of Eurasia. Luke graduated from REECA in 2017 and also holds an MA from the University of Glasgow.
