Patrycja Grzebyk is Dr. Hab. Iur., Associate Professor at the University of Warsaw. Her main research interests focus on International Humanitarian Law, International Criminal law, the use of force, and the role of international courts. She is the author of numerous publications, including monographs: Human and Non-Human Targets in Armed Conflicts, CUP 2022; Criminal Responsibility for the Crime of Aggression, Routledge 2013; and edited volumes like, e.g., The Russian-Ukrainian Conflict and War Crimes. Challenges for Documentation and International Prosecution, Routledge 2025. Editor-in-chief of ESIL Reflections and co-editor-in-chief of the Journal of International Humanitarian Action (Springer). President of the Network on Humanitarian Action. Expert of the OSCE Human Dimension (Moscow) Mechanism.
