Saltanat Janenova is a lecturer in public policy at the School for Policy Studies, University of Bristol (United Kingdom), and a director of the Centre for Public Administration and Behavioural Policy at the National Analytical Centre, Nazarbayev University (Kazakhstan). She holds a PhD in Social Policy from the University of Edinburgh. Her research interests include public management reforms, open government, and public service innovations in the post-Soviet Eurasia region. Dr. Janenova has extensive experience in teaching, policy research, and consultancy for international organisations such as the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and the United Nations Development Programme.
