Sean is a recent graduate of the Davis Center with an MA in Russian, East European, and Central Asian Studies. He is a Research Assistant with the Negotiation Task Force and a Research Assistant at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace’s Russia and Eurasia Program. Sean supports several NTF projects, including Red Horizon and the NTF Insider. Previously, Sean received his BA in law and international relations at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. His research interests include post-Soviet Russian ideology, especially state approaches to the development of Russian civic and national identity under Putin.
