Sean is a graduate of the Davis Center with an M.A. in Russian, East European, and Central Asian Studies. He is a research assistant at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace’s Russia and Eurasia Program and worked in the same role with the Davis Center's Negotiation Task Force, supporting several NTF projects, including Red Horizon and the NTF Insider. Sean received his B.A. in law and international relations at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. His research interests include post-Soviet Russian ideology, especially state approaches to the development of Russian civic and national identity under Putin.
