Vladyslav Dobrokhlib, originally from Mykolaiv, Ukraine, is a master’s student in the REECA program, where he will focus on Ukraine’s political and economic development within the broader context of Eastern Europe. Before his studies at the Davis Center, Vladyslav completed a research stay at the Graduate School of Public Policy, University of Tokyo (2023–2025). His current research interests include the intersection of European integration and development sovereignty, EU–Ukraine relations, and differentiated integration. He holds an M.Sc. in development studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.A. in political science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. During his studies, he also pursued various academic exchanges and research stays at institutions such as the University of Toronto and the University of Glasgow.
