Dr. Volodymyr Dubovyk has been working at the Odessa I. Mechnikov National University since 1992. He is an Associate Professor at the Department of International Relations since 1996 and has acted as a Director of the Center for International Studies since 1999. Among his teaching and research interests are U.S. foreign policy, U.S.-Ukraine relations, Black Sea regional security, foreign policy of Ukraine. Dubovyk was a Fulbright Scholar in 2016/2017.
