Event Format

Address

How have Ukrainian refugees from Russia’s full-scale invasion been met in Europe? This panel will look at how Ukrainians have been received in Germany and Poland from both the perspective of the receiving country and that of the refugees themselves. The speakers will bring their experiences in Ukraine, Poland, and Germany to discuss the official government response and the impressions of the (mostly female) refugees who have left Ukraine over the past year.
