On October 4th, the Harvard Glee Club (a choir of 60 students) will be hosting a Georgian music ensemble called Zedashe. This concert will begin a series of projects and collaborations that will ultimately lead to a future international performance tour for the members of Harvard Glee Club.

The Glee Club and Zedashe will be working together via Zoom to prepare a selection of Georgian pieces, which will then be performed by both ensembles live and in-person at First Church Cambridge. The members of Zedashe are highly charismatic and offer a mix of folk and sacred orthodox songs, as well as impressive choreography. This collaboration between Zedashe and Harvard Glee Club promises to be an evocative performance of Georgian music and culture.
