Bekhzod is a graduate of Harvard University's Master of Public Administration program. He has 14 years of experience in the private and public sectors, working for a state-owned enterprise and an international organization. His areas of expertise include business climate analysis, legislative reviews, mergers and acquisitions, international trade, and investments. He holds a BA in Management, an MBA, and an MPA. He has held key roles at a leading Uzbek bank, the British Embassy, a state asset management company, the Investment Promotion Agency of Uzbekistan, and various private enterprises. His work includes investment analysis, evaluation of socioeconomic issues, assessment of legal frameworks, and development of reform proposals.
