Chris Conway is an alumnus of the Davis Center’s Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia (REECA) master's program. His work at Harvard, where he came on a Kennedy Scholarship, examined the dynamics of institutional adaptation to wartime conditions in Russian regions bordering Ukraine.
Additionally, Chris worked at Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center as a graduate student associate with the Russia Matters Project and a research assistant with the Arctic Initiative. He likewise became a University Consortium Fellow.
Before coming to Harvard, Chris graduated from the University of Oxford with Congratulatory First-Class Honours in History in 2023. He is now based in London.
