Daniella Marx graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 2025 from William & Mary, where she studied international relations and Russian, Eastern European, and Eurasian Studies (REES). She has interned at the World Bank Group, the Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia, and the Georgian Strategic Analysis Center. She was twice awarded the Robert M. Gates Scholarship for a year of Russian studies in Kazakhstan and completed a Global Research Institute research fellowship in Georgia in 2022, during which she examined U.S.-Georgian military interoperability. She recently completed a Fulbright in Baku, Azerbaijan. Daniella plans to investigate authoritarian regimes and clientelism across the Caucasus and Central Asia.
