Furqat Palvan-Zade's research focuses on the global history of Central Eurasian technology and media, alongside the artistic and literary production of the late Soviet and Post-Soviet eras. Currently, he is working on the history of science during the 1930s, as well as the urban histories of Tashkent and Tbilisi.
