Polish-Georgian Political Scientist; Associate Professor, Caucasus University; Director, The Foreign Policy Council

Dr. Grigol Julukhidze is a Polish-Georgian political scientist, associate professor at Caucasus University in Tbilisi, and director of The Foreign Policy Council, a think tank focused on security and strategic communication. He holds a Ph.D. in political science from Caucasus University, an M.A. from the University of Silesia in Poland, and a B.A. from Ilia State University in Georgia. His doctoral research analyzed the influence of Russian propaganda in Central Europe.

Dr. Julukhidze’s academic path includes studies at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Roma Tre University in Rome, Pazmany Peter Catholic University in Budapest, and the University of California, Irvine. He previously served with NATO in Brussels, the parliament of Poland in Warsaw, and the Slovak Foreign Policy Association in Bratislava.

A visiting professor at Jagiellonian University, Dr. Julukhidze lectures internationally on hybrid warfare, disinformation, and regional security. Fluent in six languages, he has visited over 70 countries and delivered global lecture tours, bridging scholarship, diplomacy, and public engagement on contemporary hybrid threats.
