Masato Nakajima is a second year Masters in Public Policy candidate with a concentration in Political and Economic Development, at Harvard John F. Kennedy School of Government. He is currently working on financial sector development in Azerbaijan, as well as growth diagnosis on Uzbekistan. He was part of the Harvard Growth Lab, working with the Central Bank of Republic of Azerbaijan, focusing on topics as: Banking Interest Rate Margins, Financial Dollarization, Macroprudential Policy. Prior to Harvard, he obtained a Bachelor of Laws from University of Tokyo and has 3+ years of experience in international finance, economic research, and financial regulation at Japan's Ministry of Finance.
