Melissa Feuerstein received her Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from Harvard University. She has since taught courses in poetry and poetics, literature and visual arts, and expository writing at Harvard and Skidmore College, and she currently teaches writing at Boston University. She is co-editor of The Barbara Johnson Reader. Her current project is entitled Poems and Photographs.
