Nicholas Pomeroy is the director of the British-Kazakh Society. He is an energy executive with over 25 years experience across the former Soviet Union and Central Asia. He has led major ventures and joint initiatives in upstream oil & gas, industrial automation, and green hydrogen with a focus on strategy, governance, and long-term value creation. His current research focuses on energy development and sustainable pathways in Central Asia.
