Roxana Vatanparast

Roxana Vatanparast is a researcher working at the intersections of law, technology, and global governance. Most recently, she was a Visiting Fellow with the Program on Science, Technology and Society (STS) at the Harvard Kennedy School and is an Affiliate with the Center on Global Legal Transformation at Columbia Law School. Additionally, Roxana is the founder of Opinio Juris Consulting, a consultancy focusing on global law and policy around digital technology. She has spent research stays at Sciences Po Law School and the Institute for Global Law & Policy at Harvard Law School, and previously worked as a commercial lawyer in San Francisco. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Turin, and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
