Amanda Gregg joined the Middlebury College Department of Economics in the fall of 2015 after completing her Ph.D. in Economics at Yale University. Amanda's fields are economic history and economic development, and her research concerns industrial development, productivity, and commercial law in Late Imperial Russia. Her research on factories and corporation in the Russian Empire has been published in journals such as the American Economic Review, the Journal of Economic History, and the Economic History Review.
