As both the winner of the Robin Williams Lifetime achievement Award and a 55-year membership in the ASA, Dr. Jack N. Porter brings a long historical memory that will be useful for younger members. He does research on genocide, the Shoah, human rights and conflict.

Dr. Porter been to over 40 countries and 5 or 6 “killing fields” like in Bosnia, Armenia, Iraq, Germany, and Australia., and has been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize for his work in genocide, especially its prediction and prevention and its sexual and gender aspects.
