Prior to founding Lelo for Georgia in 2019, Khazaradze was the Chairman of the Board of Anaklia Development Consortium, in the period between 2014 and 2019, that was constructing the first deep-sea port in Georgia. In 1992, he founded TBC Bank that would become Georgia’s largest bank under his presidency. In 1995, Khazaradze founded IDS Borjomi Georgia where he held the presidency until 2004, when he founded the Georgian Reconstruction and Development Company.

Between 1999 and 2002, he acted as vice-chairman of the supervisory board of Microfinance Bank of Georgia. Khazaradze served as the vice president of the Olympic Committee of Georgia in the period between 1997 and 2007. Since 2010 he has served as the chairman of the board of the American Academy in Tbilisi and the chairman of the supervisory board of Lisi Lake Development. In 2014 Mr Khazaradze was recognized as Entrepreneur of the year in Georgia by Ernst & Young.

Khazaradze has been awarded the Presidential Order of Excellence. He graduated from the Georgian Technical University in 1998, and holds a diploma from Harvard University where he studied between 1998 and 2000. In 2019, together with prominent Georgian politicians, Khazaradze founded the Political Union Lelo for Georgia. He was elected as the chairman of Lelo in December 2019.
