Mariam Melikadze is the VP of Enterprise Analytics at the New York Times, where she leads a team focused on measuring company performance and providing insights into the business. She is originally from Georgia and still retains strong ties to the country, having worked on several projects there (including running a leadership program for university students and working with a (failed) agriculture tech startup). Previously, she has also worked in startups and consulting. She holds a BA from Harvard College '12 and an MBA from Harvard Business School '17.
