Tvrtko Jakovina is tenured professor and former head of the Department of History, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb, as well as lecturer at the Diplomatic Academy in Zagreb and guest-lecturer at Istituto per l'Europa centro-orientale e balcanica, University of Bologna. His most recent publication is Budimir Lončar: From Preko to the Top of the World /Budimir Lončar. Od Preka do vrha svijeta / (2020). Jakovna has edited numerous volumes, including The Tito-Stalin Split 70 Years After (s Martinom Previšićem; FFZG i FF Ljubljana, 2020). Jakovina has authored many articles dealing with the foreign policy of Tito’s Yugoslavia and Croatian history in 20th century.
