Zachary Ciccolo is a U.S. Army Foreign Area Officer (FAO). After graduating from the United States Military Academy with a degree in Computer Science, Zack served in a variety of assignments across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. After becoming a FAO in 2019, he studied Russian at the Defense Language Institute and served for one year at the George C Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. His research interests center around the intersection of culture and security.
