Russia's war against Ukraine has been accompanied by a return to Soviet-style repression in Russia. One notable feature of this autocratic crackdown has been a vigorous attack on the various institutions in Russia connected with the great Soviet dissident and human rights activist Andrei Sakharov. The panelists will discuss this campaign and the prospects for the future.
