Aspram Israyelyan, a native of Nagorno-Karabakh, holds an honors degree from MGIMO University, where she specialized in government, international politics, and law. Her research examines how ideologies such as Pan-Turkism and Neo-Eurasianism develop into foreign policy doctrines across the South Caucasus and Central Asia. She has interned at the United Nations Information Center and RPSA (affiliated with the International Political Science Association) and worked as a data and policy analyst for an Armenian legislative body and media/think tank. A published author, Aspram also co-founded a youth NGO supporting conflict-affected communities. Her work connects political theory, regional security, and post-Soviet transformation.
