Daria Zhukauskaite holds a master’s degree from the Davis Center’s REECA program, where she focused on geopolitical risk, institutional resilience, and strategic communication in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

At Harvard, Daria was a student research associate at the Kennedy School’s Belfer Center and supported two visiting-scholar-led projects, conducting research on Moldovan institutional reforms and historical inequality in Central and Eastern Europe. Before her time at the university, she worked on compliance and due diligence and contributed to research on Baltic security and demographic risk.

She holds a B.A. in international relations from Anglo-American University in Prague, where she wrote her thesis on Russian imperial identity and national security. Another of Daria’s undertakings has been assisting in the English-language publication of Stanislav Shushkevich’s autobiography. Her goal is to pursue a career in geopolitical risk and strategic advisory.
