Dr. Hakob Gabrielyan is an independent researcher with expertise in peace, mediation, international organizations, and reconciliation studies. He holds master's degrees from the University of Durham (UK) and Central European University (Hungary) and a doctoral degree from the Russian-Armenian University (Armenia). Dr. Gabrielyan has previously worked for the Global Policy Institute, Council of Europe Office in Yerevan, and on various consulting and research projects. He was also a lecturer in political science at the Russian-Armenian University from 2020 through 2022. He has publications in academic journals and periodicals, including World Affairs, Global Policy Journal, Caucasus Watch, Forbes Russia, and others.
